The clocks have went back and there is a colder feel to the walk into St. Malachys this week, however the battle between the two groups for top spot is really hotting up...
The holidays were well spent by both groups, with shares sold and the full company formation well underway, with bank accounts due to open this week. The product ideas are well refined by both groups at this stage, as is the business understanding that both groups are gleaning from the program. Two excellent presentations given to me by the respective MD's showed what the groups have been up to and what their plans are, for the next stage. Impressive stuff in terms of both content and presentation style, so in turn my role has changed also - less emphasis on inspiration and more on marketing and operations methodologies, with a little education on ecomonies of scale, minimum order quantities and cash flow forcasting - I'm wondering if it's too late for a career change to teaching!
A few HR issues to resolve across both groups with the HR directors having a bit of work to do, between this week and next to ensure only those totally committed to the program will be allowed to see it through to the end... There may well be an "Apprentice" type boardroom session coming up... Any prospective Alan Sugar's in the group?.. You ask! I think there's a few boys could give him a run for his money!
So another productive session with both groups well n their way for product launch in time for the Christmas market and their respective fortunes to be made...Looking forward to next week as always!

I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
